The old Medal of Honor Game

Also will we are talking about the old MOH I have to have "effects" set on low, If i set it to any other setting i have a black screen? any ideas why?

Not really... effects, it means graphical or fx? Try another driver perhaps...

If I remember well, the old MOH runs with DX9, maybe it is something involving this.
I mean check in settings.ini like your default the DX9, not the option Auto..

I got black screen with "auto" in config just after the round starts. Agree with wolver here!

I cannot find a settings dll however i have found a dll file "defaultlaunchersettings" which shows my card as
"NVIDIA GeForce 7800 GT"

Thats an old profile and i have reintalled the game since my new card.

In the main MOH folder i have 3 dll files
d3dx9
d3dx10
d3dx11

I have Windows 7, and for me the path is like this:
C:\Users\Gina\Documents\EA Games\Medal of Honor\Multiplayer.
Not where you have the game installed.
You will find there in Multiplayer folder a file called settings.ini
Open it with Notepad and modify it like this:
From: DxVersion=auto
make it: DxVersion=9
and save.

My game is located in Origin games in program files (x86) there is no settings file in the MP folder. Oh well The game plays ok as it is so i either uninstall and reinstall or i just play it as it is
