Assuming you have Win7 look somewhere else!
The game has another folder in your "My Documents" folder, here
...\EA Games\Medal of Honor\Multiplayer

There is the file you are searching for.

I'm up for a game of old a MOH, will have to reinstall it though

Wolverine - with pleasure. Sometimes I play in MOH2010.. so I Am ready. I need only time when and on which one server.. I still have old settings so You are in my Friends... You can be sure FRIENDS..

I do not have an EA folder and the MOH folder in my documents does not have a settings ini.

maybe I need to uninstall and reinstall from the disc and not from origin? If so I will need to know which files and folders to save to remember my settings

thanks to Mojo who suggested "windows search" It found the file I couldn't and I have amended it
