Well, I have many medium settings due to my pretty old graphics card, GTX 275.
Here my settings (Post Processing is off, it has anyway not that much effect as other settings):
And sometimes - rare moments - I have cool effects during gameplay, I remember hovering trees at Zavod, now these here were different... 
Wanted to take a chopper to have a closer look but rund has ended too early...
