I have Windows 7, and for me the path is like this: C:\Users\Gina\Documents\EA Games\Medal of Honor\Multiplayer. Not where you have the game installed. You will find there in Multiplayer folder a file called settings.ini Open it with Notepad and modify it like this: From: DxVersion=auto make it: DxV...

If I remember well, the old MOH runs with DX9, maybe it is something involving this.
I mean check in settings.ini like your default the DX9, not the option Auto..
