My favorite cozonac is with cocoa and nuts. The round one - pasca can be prepared also without raisins..

Being an orthodox, I will celebrate Easter this week-end. As a french would say, "la piece de resistance" for the Easter meal is called cozonac and it looks like in this picture. Cozonac is also prepared for Christmas. The round version is only for Easter, and is filled up with sweet chees...
