Updated Forum Portal Page

Hey all.

Just for info,
I right now have updated the forums portal page from 2.0.0b1 BETA to the final version 2.0.0
(thanks to board3.de for their efforts!)

I hope I have got all files in place and all is working again as it should.
If anyone sees anything weird just leave a message here.
