Updated Forum Software

Post by MadMojo »

Hi all,

just for info: I made an update to the Forum Software. It was available a couple of days already, and it fixed a number of bugs + issues as also some security things.

Seems it went smoothly as far as I can see.

If anyone notice anything unusual just drop me a message or write here.

Is there a way to edit your post? I don't find any button for this.
If I want to post some pictures, is there any possibility to get them all in a single line? I mean - for instance- to not have 5 lines for 5 pictures, as it is now?

I had a look at it, the forum allows to edit or delete a post within 1h of creation.

Is it too few, how you think?

I think it should be possible, needs some manual changes here, but not too few. I will try out something within next time, we will see

About editing the post, I just wanted to add something else the second day in one of my posts, not create another - and I couldn't do it. I don't know, maybe one hour is too short time.
And with the lines, only if there's not too much trouble for you :) .
Thank you,

Possibility to edit posts is now for about 2 days.
Possibility to delete a post is now for about 3 hours.

If it's too much work concerning thumbnails in a row I won't do it, don't worry :)

JFI

today upgraded the forum software to the latest version.

All should work as usual, but if anyone notice anything, just leave a comment here.
